Two women who understand efficiency and cooking, that’s us. One of us had been in the food industry for over 36 years always dreaming of being an owner of her own restaurant. She went through an emergency shoulder surgery and during recovery her dream began to become a reality! It was a huge risk, but she reached out to her daughter-in-law, and together they got to work.
Momma D’s Italian Food food trailer was built from
start to finish in under 48 days!
They didn’t just build out the food trailer but the entire business including the trailer, the self-ownership company, the business plan, mission statements, portfolio, taxes, marketing plan, website, and passed the Health Inspection receiving their licenses the first time!
